Back home after another weekend, a weekend of two parts... the initial objective was to sort out Christina's computers. I was kind of hoping to see a freind as well of course other than Christina & Fay. Both of whom are worth the trip anyway, though this time Christina deserves a medal of some sort for venturing into the land of whippets and flat caps to find me.
Got down there Friday night, after spending most of friday getting myself ready, more cus i could than I needed to, besides makes me feel good. Food and a few drinkies later fell asleep.
Saturday was a case of I came, I saw I did a little shopping we also picked 'someone' up, of which more later. Back to base, sorting computers out over the evening and following day. A cruel task to be sure, requiring a degree of vodka, some swearing and much repetition. but suffice it to say both of Christina's machines are now working, talking to each other and running something a bit more upto date than Win98... Dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century in fact
Of course thanks to AOL they can't both get online, but ahhh well I'll keep working on that little problem, for the record I, personally, think AOL sucks, there are suchthings as standard comms protocols for a reason, and no Mr AOL you don't have a better version.

During my time however I have become much closer to someone who already had a large part of my heart, to the extent I've totally fallen in love, babes you know who you are and frankly your the sunlight in the darkness of my life, the blood in my veins. You've even displaced my all time number one acivity (eating) to a distant number two. It brings a smile to my face to think we could be happy together. once a few minor problems are resolved I hope with all my heart we will be, cus unlike the shampoo, you are worth it
