  Don't ask why I waited until the 3rd of the month to celebrate June but I'm kinda/sorta slow these days. What with 90 degree heat and higher - it does slow you down. The humidity is high and the bugs are vicious.

  I wish Mere would get her computer fixed. We'll be in Chicago on the 26th and I don't know my way around. Haven't been to Chicago since 1971 - just yesterday- right? Of course it's only a 6 hour stop-over -between trains that is if we get into Chicago on time. On our return trip the schedule calls for only a 4 hour stop-over.

  I don't want to be a drag but it's nice to have a contact along the way.
