I think I'm spending more time getting ready for vacation. Trying to minimize luggage and miscelaneous items. Have already sent my paints and paper ahead. The clerk asked me the value of my paint box. I had to tell him "priceless." Some of my brushes can't be replaced - I bought that back in the 70s at a bargain price.
I figured out I might have 14 days of painting opportunity. Hope the weather holds good - although I have painted out the front window of a van, during a heavy thunder storm. The painting came out well.....I think I left it in California.
Willl be carrying some paint and paper on the train. I could do some blurry pictures and claim they are my impression of moving fast over the terrain.
