Had a scary experience last evening. My bride and I were (temporarily) locked out of our own house. Somehow the lock on the doorknob was turned and when the door was closed it locked. We were sitting on the patio enjoying an alcoholic beverage and sharing a fine cigar. My wife got up from her chair to check on the supper which was cooking on the stove. Lo and behold the door was locked. I checked the other doors and they were locked too. I don't know what triggered it but I had a panic attack. I told my wife I didn't feel well and she went to a neighbor's to call for a locksmith. Luckily, the locksmith arrived within minutes. I didn't let my wife know I had been hyperventilating. This never happened to me before. I'm usually the one who is cool-headed and thinks of calling a locksmith. I think I must have uncovered something from my past which I've kept buried. Of course, the temperature was dropping and I was outside without a sweater or jacket. Then again, could it be the booze and the cigar? Nah!

I going for the dramatics. Is fainting next?
