For the first time ever, i went to cast my vote in the election "en-femme", i was a tad nervous as i walked in but i need not have been as i was treated with courtesy and respect throughout. I bet i was 'nt the only tranny in lowestoft to vote today, and i enjoyed the experience. Just when i thought things were going my way...my proposed move on saturday has fallen through and i'm bloody furious.I had to be out of my present place by monday,and i told the council that..but they gave me an appt to view the flat on tuesday of next week!! I had got everything arranged for saturday but now this has dropped on me and i am NOT happy especially with the attitude of the housing officer i called to see what was going on.. she said i shouldn't have gone ahread and arranged things...well what the bl**dy hell was i supposed to do about it...sit on my butt and do nothing! If it wasn't going to be ready in time then why did'nt they say so..I had to get on to the removals people who were very understanding and reassured me that they would move as soon as i had a definite date.I also got on to my landlord who's been a complete tosser over all this,a dn told him the situation.If he doesn't like it ....too bad. i have been told that he cannot get me out without a a court order and by the time he gets it i will have moved anyway. One thing i will have to do is organise a housewarming party for the girls....tiina and mere your invites are in the mail..(hehehe)
