I did something last night that i should have done ages ago and i'm so glad i did.I have someone who i'd been good friends since we were at school together in the mid to late 70's( god i'm showin my age now), and i hadn't seen him for over a year so i calledhim last night to tell him why he'd not seen me for ages. I wasn't sure how he'd react but the reaction i got surprised me.....he said he wasn't bothered at all which did make me smile,cos we have been friends since the age of 6 or 7.When i get moved into my new place he's going to come round and see me for the first time as anna-marie so that will be fun. and as for yesterdays little incident...i got a nice greeting card from my friend glenys(GG) who'd witnessed the whole thing, and she said how proud she was of the way i handled what was a horriible incident. She went on to say that there are a lot of people that do care about me,only they're not sure how to show it.....but they DO care.So at least thats one good thing to come out of what happened.
