I've had a fun day today....even if the heavens opened just as i got home. I took a slow walk into town and along the sea-front which was crowded. now i know i've said it millions of times before but i have never felt happier with things in general.I called in at one of the bars for a drink or two,which was fun cosi'd never been in when the place was packed. i sat myself down at a table with my drink and just watched what was going on...got a few looks but i did'nt care a bit,mind you one of them was rather cute!.took a slow walk through town...which was deserted(odd for a bank holiday),there were 2 girls behindme that were sniggering at me so i just turned to them and smiled.....that shut them up. i walked round a local park which was nice as all the flowers were in bloom. Saw some doves splashing about in a puddle,a few squirrels scampering about...so i gave them my nuts....not literally of course,as i had packet of nuts in my handbag.Seeing all this made me smile and i thought to myself.." well,things aint so bad after all". after a slow walk home i'd just got to my front door when the heavens opened and it p*ssed it down with rain...was i lucky or what? I can tell you if we get a half decent summer this year,then i'll be getting out more and doing lots more fun things. I am even gonna get christina up here soon,so the two of us can go out and scare a few more norms...hehehe
