I've had a VERY interesting day today. I had nothing much to do so i went shopping...another favourite girly pasttime i've picked up on.My nan,who'd passed away ages ago had left me some money inher will,.which was about £100.....so i decided to buy some things with some of the cash.We had a continental style market in town and i had a good look round there,i'll tell ya a girl could easily put on weight breathing in all those heavenly aromas...crepes,baguettes...the gorgeous spicy sausages..mmmmmm. i had one myself...in a foot-long roll smothered in mustard.Well all this shopping makes a girl hungry,and did i enjoy it or what!. bought myself a few bottles of french cider( even got to taste it first), paid for it and got a "merci madame" into the bargain which made me smile......if only he knew.The main street was packed as usual so my next stop was evans to get myself some smarter heels for when i start my course ina few weeks time. I chose a lovely pair in black with a 2"heel and a bow on the toe...for only £18.00! .The staff there could not have been more helpful cos i tried on several pairs in the shop until i found the pair i wanted.I"ll definetly be using that place again.If only all shop staff were that helpful it would make things a whole lot easier.I got the bus home as i could not be bothered to walk and even when i was sat waiting for it to come a few people were chatting to me without a care in the world that they were talking to a "lady" which is what i am ( hehehe) I got home laden with carrier bags one very happy girl indeed as i'd also got last minute stuff for sparkle which i really am looking forward to.2 weeks to go....I CAN'T WAIT !!
