  today i actually went outside for a drive.
  i was so nervous but really it was absolutley wonderful. i almost crashed into a police car and i got a smile from a lady crossing the road.
  i hope it was a smile anyway.
  going out is a huge deal and i feel like i've accomplished something.
  i will pop down the local shops in a bit and test my new found confidence.
