  Its  been  said  that  when  I  blogg  here  it  comes from the  heart . I do  beleave this is true because  its the only way  I  know  how  to write these  blogs. I try  to  write  my  blogs  the way  I see things here  and around  me  as a  member here . over the  course  of 6  years ive dedicated alot  of  my  time  and efforts  to  help others mostly  in the  chatroom  but  on a  few occations  on a one  on one basise. As  of  late  my  feelings about how things are  done on the  this has  left a  bad tast in  my  mouth. this  is  somewhat  hard  to  explain without offending someone  but  I  feel  something needs  to  be  said about  this . I recall asking about getting  better  support  for eather Us  "Canadians" or  North  America in the  advent there was a serious  problem  on or  off  site . when i asked  I was  told there was  no  need for such a  person .yet  i  findout  the position was given  to  someone who  has  not  been  here  like  i  have  been   or others who  have  been here  longer . To  me  this is a bit insulting because  it means  ive  spent 6  years of  my  life to  help  others and there  nothing  to  show  for  it  only the  amouts  of  "bloggs " i  have . I do  understand this  site  is  geared  to  help others and  im  a  ferm beleaver that WE  the  members  should  have a  "Say  "  here  on  how things are  done  . I  beleave the  term  "We  are  in this  boat  Together "  fits .
