Well another summer has come to past here in northern Ontario for me. I really can t complain about the weather here it was great, but as far as having fun and beeing happy about it all took alot of hard work . Over the summer Ive been trying hard to take care of my health and Ive been told by Dr s and family that I on the right track. As for my mental health goes somedays are good and some are not . Ive had alot of good support from my sisters here and Its not very oftan that I get to say "THANK YOU " to all those that try and help me . I ve been moody at times and a little off buy some of the chats. It has not been easy for me to be here and so cheery . I carry alot of emotional baggage around and I try my best to make do . With summer I ve been going for alot of walks and bike rides to help with all that im dealling with . I want everyone here to know that I do LOve you all and you all do mean alot to me . THANK GS !! for letting me be part of a wonderful site !!
