I have taken on the role of moral and emotional support for a beautiful young woman I met online about a year ago. I have helped her through all the ups and downs of transitioning, and she was finally approved for reassignment surgery, then a month before the surgery her insurance company revealed that it would cost about $8k due immediately...does anyone have any ideas or the desire to assist? Sorry, but we don't know when someone is genuine or not, unfortunately some of us have been conned, taken advantage of in the past.   So we don't contribute to go fund me pleas, but if you are genuine in your support of a friend, good luck.

I understand completely and didn't really expect to get much response on it, but I figured nothing ventured is nothing gained...hopefully she and I can figure it out, she already had the surgery pushed back a couple months to give us time
