It is cool and beautiful in Ontario, Canada this morning. And I feel cool and beautiful too. Made my wife breakfast - okay, only toast and eggs - but served it up nicely. Got a business call from Florida. I've been waiting a week

It just poured rain last night and I ran out of gas in it, twice. Yes, twice. Rita has everyone in a panic for gas so the gas station was lined with cars. Happily, a man allowed me a few gallons of gas to get going before he started filling his car. $5.00 in gas doesn't go anywhere anymore.

Yesterday, just before all the rain started I completed some work and actually made some money. It felt good. Meaningful.

Earlier in the week I was struggling desperately. My spirits at an absolute low.
