I have been researching GRS surgery and who will be the best doctor for me. I am planning on doing this in about May next year. I will let you know how things go from time to time.

It's so nice to see you again. I hope your plans for GRS are coming along well and I wish you the very best of luck in your journey. And I totally love your picture, you are beautiful! Honestly, if you hadn't said it was you I would have thought from the clothes and lighting and pose and so on that it was a picture of some glamorous movie star from the 40's or something.
