Monday evening I was in the mayor´s seminar together with city council and city planning board members. It was kind of fun, working in small changing groups, quite relaxed. Our general plan boss Irma smiled at me: "Laura, you succeeded in making Kristiina speechless in the x-mas party". I smiled back, but did not actually remember anything. I must have used my irony, yet nothing very bad, because Kristiina, my closest boss, was very friendly to me.
In one of our summer partys Kristiina wanted to dance waltzer with me. I said to her: "Okay, if you are the man".
That was enough to her and we both had a laugh.
Tomorrow I have the first grassroot democracy meeting where I represent my city. And yesterday I noticed I had got a small promotion in my salary. Not bad .
