Good Morning Thursday 19 October

Good Morning. It's dark and wet here in Oxford. Just had my breakfast and now have to get ready for work. It's a good job I've mastered what amount of makeup I need for work. I have found out one thing over the last few months though - it takes longer to comb/brush one's hair than it does to pull on a wig!!!!

Have a great day, Alina xx

Good Morning: It's "Breast Cancer Awareness Month". For those of the Male Gender, it is a small percentage that contract this dreaded disease. But, I have been exposed to the fear of it. Having discovered a lump 2 years ago, I had to contact my GP about it. Was examined and sent for a mammogram and sonagram. Yes I did have a lump and a was referred to a specialist for a lumpectomy. What a relief to find out it was benign. I hope that the cure is found and noone will ever have to go through this anguish. DeeDee

To those that have welcomed me back, thanks a lot. There is only one snag, I'll be away for a week from tomorrow after work. Will be spending the weekend with my dad. Then who knows where I'll be for the rest of the week.
