Hi everyone. Sorry i haven't been on for a while but have been working double shifts lately to raise some extra money. Well i was just wondering. A lot of you ladies are taking hormones of one discription or another. I have been talking to my mum about the possibility of taken them but i don't really know a lot about what they do. What sort of hormones do people take and what effect do they have. For example i have read about Estrogen Hormone Precursor Patches. Do these work on there own or do you have to take other hormones in conjunction with them. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
