Mandy first look at what HGH actually does and decide for yourself if it would help someone become more feminine physically.

    What it does:

    1. Increased height, hmm maybe something to lose a few inches would be better.

    2. Increased muscle mass, hmm, breast tissue is made up of glands and fat, not necessarily muscle, muscular arms are not exactly feminine, I will pass again.

    3. Less body fat, hmm again, the extra body fat is what helps give a woman's skin the smoother appearance. Give me some fat in the hips and butt and breasts, I will take it.

    4. It is a plus for calcium retention and stronger bones, now that is a plus.

Personally, I think I will stick to my Estrodial injections. In either case, I would highly recommend you discuss it with a medical professional.

    Hugs,
    Marsha

I have talked this threw with my councilor and seemingly the growth hormone increases in your body to that of amuch younger person which in turn helps your estergon to make more body changes including better breast growth

Mandy may I point out somthing to you ? (well i will anyhow lol).

Does your councilor have the qualifications and knowledge of an endocronoligist ? they specialise in hormones and the effects they have on your body.
If you desire to know what is best for your age group and body type then the people rto speak too are gender specialists including an endocronoligist.

Are you desiring maximum breast growth ?
because using the correct combination of hormones can produce excellent results.

Now because you are in the more mature age range the effects of hormones will not be the same as they would if you was a teenager the effects drop off between Four distinct age bands. 16-25 , 25-35, 35-50, 50-65.
An iescapable fact of biology. of course some genetics come into it how much so is not fully agreed. How your own body deals with the hormones differs between individuals. I will not get all biochemistry here as its a complex subject but suffice to say three main factors are required for your body to produce desired changes,
    1:
Hormones which there are several types avaliable from the tablets to the gels and implants giving slow release. everyone's body reacts differently to these different types of female hormones.and it is often a case of basic trial and error to which type is most suitable for you this is usually discussed between the gender specialist, endochronoligist and your GP who is usually lead by their advice depending upon the Gps knowledge which commonly is less of that of the Ts they are treating which make you the Most important person in the mix.

    2:
Some form of antiandrogen is often employed which form this is is again dependant upon age and body type. less or none may be required for the more mature as their bodies are likely to be producing lower levels of testoterone than someone younger.

    3:
Diet lifestyle and excercise or lack of is another important factor too. The fitter and healthier you are combined with the right foods can also make a differenace especially if older as if your body is fit healthy and not typical of your age group it may make your body up to 10 years younger in relative terms than that of your peers. If this is not the case then make some effort to change your lifestyle and diet as it will help more than many realise.

No in my instance this si what I have been given.

female hormone....(Climaval) Estrodiol Valerate. Started on 2mg after 3 months risen to 4mg perday. one of the more commonly used estrogeons its a synthecticthat is chemically the same as natural estrogen produced in a womans body and is very strong in its effects.

Antiandrogen. (Zoladex.LA) 10.8mg Goserelin. this is an implant injected under the skin every 12 weeks.being used inplace of andracur (spiro). it works in a different way than pervious testoterone blockers is less harsh on the body it works on the piturity gland perevnting the signals to the testes to produce testosterone which means testoterone is not prodiced in the quantity it was (on me the level has dropped down to 0.8 nmol ) that level is at the bottom end of a natel female so it seems to wrok very well. There is also a side effect that may manifest which is desirable for a FTM TS woman that is it can cause a swelling growth of some breast tissue.

Now another drug given to MTF to help prevent futher spread of Male Pattern Baldness is Finasteride which Blocks produbtion of the DHT from of testoterone which causes Male Pattern Baldness, thus helps stimulate dormant hair folicles that are still there often up to 5 years before they have died so some increase in hair growth and amount of hair growing is experienced . Also another possible side effect is swelling around the breast area possible tissue growth.

in under three months there was measurable growth of my breasts. now just 4 months in the growth is heading towards the substantual noticible clevage also the volume of breast tissue / fat is more than the usual type of breast buds produced by previous antiandrogeons that is the whole breast is developing much like that of a natal woman in puberty. I will have to wait for at least 3 years to see if this remains so but the amount and size of my breasts is akin to those who had been on mones for more than 6 months. I put this down to three main factors the Zolodec had stopped the male hormones in its tracks and has also caused sweeling of the breast combined with the femal hor ones whose effectivness is increased by the antiandrogeon in a very efficient manor.I also suspect that the finatseride is contributing in a small way too.

One hormone that is not used often but has been especially to give a more substantial breast development in TS women has been the use of progesterone which seems to have been withdrawn from the arerican drug market and no longer availiable there. there is a down side to using it as it also promotes hair growth in areas of the body a women does not desire that is on the face and elsewhere on the body except head.

There you have a basic outline of factors involved and i mean basic. But I hope you do get to discuss your desires and issues with a gender specialist and endocronoligist to maximise what breasts you desire to grow.

    Wouldn't have thought so Mandy.
I don't know what does contains, but it's unlikely to be any of the hormones specifically responsible for breast development.
Us 'oldies', as you so delicately put it, are unfortunately past the age where we get the maximum benefit from the hormones, and though we get some growth in most cases it will be no better than 'satisfactory'.
Your doctor will probably confirm that it will take in the region of 3yrs before you reach maximum growth, after which you may decide on implants to bring what you have to what suits you best.
