I may as well toss in my two cents, not worth even that much really, with inflation and all. After having tried them all, waxing, Nair and all the variants thereof, epilating, etc, etc, I have finally decided that, for me at least, wet shaving in the shower is where it's at. I use the Venus3 and a decent quality, nicely scented, liquid body soap and I shave faithfully every single day from my brows to my toes. It adds about 20 minutes to my morning toilette but to me it's worth it. BTW, I don't use the body soap on my face, I use what I normally cleanse with. One thing you might try, Dedelynn, is exfoliating before you shave, just use a loofah sponge and a good quality exfoliant. Myself I use Neutrogena but there are lots of others on the market.
Good luck, hon.

The up side of being a natural blonde is that my arm and leg hair is not as noticeable. However I have quite a bit and I've had a friend shocked by how hairy I am when I had my shirt off and she actually touched my arms and chest. So I don't think too much about people noticing when my arms are hairless. However....I am a golden teddy bear and the frequent discussions have made me to opt for permanent removal of my hair.at some point. Besides I've seen what a pain it is for older men to deal with their beard. They get hard and stiff and difficult to shave.
