Are You "Past It" ?

    Girls,
I've not done any actual checking up on this, but, certainly from the majority of the profiles I've read here (and I include myself in this !!), a large number of us are of "a certain age" (as it can be delicately be described !!).

Now, if like me, you believe that "you're only as old as you feel", (that makes me about 23 then !!), I thought that it might be helpful to get a "checklist" to test "how old you feel".

    So .................................

You Know You're Past It When .............................

    1. Your knees buckle, but your belt wont.

    2. Your idea of a night out is sitting on the patio.

    3. You look for your glasses for an hour, and then find that they were on top of your head all the time.

    4. You are cautioned to slow down by the doctor, instead of the police.

5.Your secrets are safe with your friends ......... because they can't remember them either.

    6. Conversations with people your own age often turn into "duelling ailments".

    7. You put on 2lb. eating an olive.

    8. There's nothing left to learn the hard way.

    9. You begin to like accordion music.

    10. You finally got your head together and now your body is disintegrating.

So, I won't tell you how many fit me !!
How many of them (honestly) fit you ? !!!!

    Hugs,
    Angela. xxx.

and,as far as accordion music is concerned.............well,it depends on the genre, doesn't it? Jigs'n'reels on a B/C# box......yuck! But a nice bit of cajun two-step,ah, now you're talking!

    HI Angela,

    Adding....

You can now finally afford to do that special thing you had always wanted to do,
but you just can't seem to remember what it was...
