Hey there, I'm new to all of this and i have many questions yet the most important one is where should one start. How can one find a doctor who specializes in HRT discretely and must one contact a psycologist to start HRT?
I live in the US in a kind less tolerant area and i don't want to cause a comotion just to feel normal.... i need help and don't know where to turn to...
