I have had now 13 months of hormones, daily 8mg estradiol plus 100mg spironolactone. I think my overall figure started to shift not earlier than about 10 months from the start. That is to say, the waist found its place somewhat higher than on males. My left breast was quicker, it reached sooner a B-cup, but now my right breast speeded up. So girls...don´t worry too soon. This procedure takes time. With girls it takes four years, why would it go quicker with us? Don´t think about implants before you see what the hormones will do within say two years. .

So when you have excactly tenderness and soreness of your breast?
