Here is a link to a story that shows in my home state of Georgia not everyone is out to get us. http://www.google.com/hos[...]News%29 As much as everyone likes to joke about the south being full of Southern Baptists and the likes, I have found most people to be incredibly open minded to my circumstances. Yes I had the battle with one church, but that was really with the people who ran the church, not the church members themselves. This state has been good to me.

Note the story is about a TS who worked for the Georgia state government and was fired. It was a Georgia based federal court that ruled on her case.

    Marsha

    I love these stories!

But you know, the flip-side is that there will be a number of folks claiming that Judges are Legislating from the Bench.

In this case, I don't think that the Bench-Legislation argument holds up, as this is a Civil Rights/Discrimination case, and it's only a job; not like it's a marriage....

    Marsha,
It is great to know that the "Constitution for the United States of America" is alive and well.
Many people like to criticize the USA - but they are usually those from "Socialist leaning" countries - or from "Despotic Regimes!
