Seen a few articles saying Progestins are bad for you. What's the alternative you guys have been prescribed?

I have the feeling some progesterenic add would be good. It doesn´t have to be progesterone itself, many other compounds work progesterenic, as cyproterone acetate (Androcur or Diane). Progesterone is needed for a better breast development, especially the nipple and areola region, they say. And I believe that´s true.
