Actually it's on the nipple itself (just the left one though) around the edges, but it's definitely not on the areola. Anyone experience this?

Since starting hormones I've noticed that I've growing these small scab-like growths. They don't hurt at all. They just look like scabs, and are rough to the touch. Is this normal? What can I do to get rid of them?

You mean on your areola border? That is normal. The nipples and areolas delelop, too. Differs a lot on different persons, I measured that my areolas have doubled their size in 6 months.

It could just be from the nipple clamps.
