Hmm... maybe I should force myself to start writing something. It doesn't come easily for me, though. I labor over the least little things. I take too much time even with e-mails and message board posts.

From what I've seen so far, I'll have to agree with you. Everyone here has been very sweet to me. I never felt like an outsider, which is rare! For that matter, at no time did I even feel like the "new girl."
kisses, hugs, and all that other mushy stuff

Hi. I just registered this morning, after finding Tranny Web. I haven't had a chance to explore the whole website, but it looks very nice, so far.

Yes, I thought you'd like this website.
Maybe I'll get that book written one of these days...

I was considering writing a story about a society in which all males are feminine. Both sexes wear makeup, high heels, dresses, both sexes express emotions in similar manners; both sexes communicate in the same ways, etc., and that is the way everyone has always behaved, as far back as that society's history goes. Masculinity is a foreign concept, completely absent from the society.
I'm not suggesting that masculinity is bad or that society doesn't need both elements, but I wondered what it would be like to tell a story (about anything) within the context of a completely feminine culture.

I hope Katie is able to keep things running far into the future. I've been to other (non-tranny) sites where I've made some friends, but this is the first useful tranny-oriented site I've found that doesn't throw porn ads all over my browser. I just like having a place where I can be a girl with other girls (of course, everyone is welcome) and discuss legitimate thoughts, feelings, jokes, lifestyles, social issues, girl-talk, etc.
Carrying on...

Yes, we're both in the alone category for now. Hopefully, we'll be here for only a short time.
