download, unzip, and run.
There's an incredible number of options, but if you just browse to the directory containing your files for renaming, select whether or not the originals are to be deleted, hit F2 for advanced mode, and select the "Shift" and "tacho options near the bottom. add a few digits to both of the numbers there, and see what happens.
Click start near the top left, and all the files in the selected directory will be converted to their hex equivalents.
There are simpler ways out there, but this is a quick fix.
