I was told about multiple attacks in Europe this weekend. It too seems to have been a mistake. It may have been based on partially hearing some of President Bush's speech which reportedly referred to past terrorist attacks. So far, I have seen no ACTUAL reports of new attacks in Europe.

EL PAIS says "four devices exploded in a power plant in Vizcaya, after warning from ETA". Nobody were hurt.
