We've all heard of permanent cosmetics to simulate makeup. The same technique can be done to enlarge those teenie male areolas that give away an otherwise brilliant pair of breasts. The technique was developed for post-op mastectomy patients. It says they work with the surgeon. Apparantly to create the new aureola around reconstructed nipple.
