As some of you know out there I am in transition. I took another step today. I got the form in the mail back saying that as far as the Australian Government is concerned my name is Fiona Clancy.

The old name is gone and I'm one step closer the goal.

I had that day on the January 22nd. I remember that day for the rest of my life, I was SO HAPPY. I remember sitting in the bus and thinking "now I AM LAURA" and sending messages about it through my mobile phone to all my friends.

Its kind of weird to look at my new ID and see thats it actually mine. Its all shiney and new.

By the way I love your new photo, its so much easier to see your pretty face.
