I love John Reed btw. He is such a fantastic romantic idealist. I have never seen the movie however just read the book. I will check out the movie.

Like you, I've been called commie, assissin, damn liberal and other more vivid terms. I don't think my beliefs have changed over the years. I do notice the damned conservatives( misnomen) become silent when I pass by. Could it be I have an aura about me that says FREEDOM?
It's nice to know we're not alone.

I remember seeing, written on a wall "The majority is not silent. The government doesn't listen." Circa Nixon era.
