A control virus is being circulated by email. its in the form of a power point presentation, and titled ''beuatiful life'' if you open it, it will take over your computer and suck out all the informations stored on it and shut it down. This is directly from Microsoft and Norton. There is at the moment no anti virus, capable of protection. DO NOT OPEN THIS MAIL delete it imediately

One should NEVER OPEN EMAIL ATTACHMENTS unless you're 100% sure about the source, and even then save it to your drive and run it through a virus scan.
Also, turn off the preview pane in your email program. Once you look at an email in the preview pane you open it and any nasties in the body of the message will get you.

This virus is apparently unique in that it is usually for all apparent reasons sent from somone you have email; correspondence with, So naturally your tempted to open it, then it steals all the information from you email account and forwarads it on to your freinds etc and so far there is no detection system to identify it yet.

Obviously one has to be wary of email attachments, especially ones that promise a beautiful life, but this sounds suspiciously like the “Life is Beautiful” hoax email. Details here:
