Hi, I asked James Cantor the guy in charge of pedophile assessment and treatment at CAMH if a better term for Autogynes would be Autocunniphilic in that some men with no femaleness whatsoever choose to get vaginas...his reply is 'multiple empirical research studies show that AG is the correct diagnosis of the late transitioner. So there we have it...if we didn't get our problem sorted when we were young and genuinely transsexual we are now just older autogynes...now of course we need to know what is the dividing age...if a person doesn't transition and get surgery by 21 they are AG? The answer is it should not matter. What matters is if the person will be happy in their life, not whether everyone else will be.
