I'm thrilled! Just been to doctors and asked about getting further along towards SRS and asked him if I could have the right resticle out now as by the look of Stephanie's posts about extended gentialelectrolysis being necessary and I have to use the same surgeon it might be at least a year before I get to lie asleep with my legs in stirrups for him...
to my surprise he just meekly took out the referral cards he has to send to the funding committee for any serious work and filled one in asking for orchiectomy and the nose/chin job...
when I saw the head psychiatrist at the gender clinic last week I asked him if he had advised the previous uro surgeon to leave the right testicle in rather than taking it out at same time as left undescended and he said he did! But its a recommended halfway procedure especially with delays, older transitioners etc...just stupid I think...
anyway now I wait to see how long before I hear about getting rid of it ...
