It's difficult to say without seeing the scars first hand, but perhaps a professional beautician would be well placed to advise you on how to cover those scars. I'm sure they have dealt with such things before. Dermablend is good, and you don't really need to use it too thickly, just blend it well and use mineral based powder over the top. Have you tried using a foundation stick? Or a cream? I know it's different but to hide bad shadow, often a combination of some or all of these can be necessary, perhaps it might be worth trying if you haven't already.
I've also put some links here to other products and hints, but I can't say how effective they may be.

Hope you find a solution. If you do, post it here to share with others who may have the same issues.

Hi Nikki,
The scars bother me but really aren't that bad. (Small children don't run away screaming from me - at least no more than they did before.) It's mostly the one by by left eye that I'd like to minimize. (My face is very heart shaped so my forehead is usually covered by bangs.)
I'm probably using to much Dermablend, I never needed it to cover facial hair so I don't have much experience with it. I'll try less.
I use cream foundation - I'll have to try stick or a combination.
Thanks for the links. I'll check them out.
Best,
Melody
