Two Questions

    Two Questions:

How does one add a link to an external website to a Forum message? I tried highlighting the http address and clicked on "Add A Link" and nothing happened so I just included in the text of the message. I'm missing something here.

Is it possible to upload a text file to TW that exists on my PC (not at a web address)? If so how would I make it accessible from a Forum message? Also, if it is possible, are there limits to the size of the attachment (I'm sure an upload of War and Peace would eat up server space and bandwidth...)

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

    Best,

    Hiya,

Yes you can uplad files from your own PC and insert clickable links, which took me some time to get the hang of, the instructions are there, at the bottom, click on upload file or in the case of a link, click, the clcik link and precede the link withhttp://http@//www..........etc. to close ie. except the [ url ] bit in brackets doesnt work here
    lol
    just follow the examples
    Have fun

Or, you can copy your link, place the cursor where u want it, click "AddA Link" at the bottom left of your composition box (you will need to get rid of the http thingy so you do not duplicate it) and paste your link into the box and click OK. With a little practice it's far less time consuming than the bracketed url format commands.
