It's a very sympathetic episode, however, I have a gripe. It seems small but in the beginning of the episode the trans girl says to the shrink, "You're the one who is going to tell her that she can chop off my penis." Why, oh why, in even a sympathetic portrayal can they not squash the myth that the doctors "chop our penises off". Also, and this is simply aesthetics and personal opinion, why do they have to always cast an actor with the strongest jaw possible and most muscular build. She was supposedly on hormones for quite a while, her body would, most likely, be quite a bit softer, unless she worked out pretty heavily with weights.
