Serious slow speed issue trying to open the website.

Is it a glitch that should be ironed out quick?

In regards to your slow spped issue accessing the site, I have noticed that it sometimes depends on the speed of the network you are using, or the type of browser.  I am using Firefox browser to access the site, and so far speed does not seem to be an issue.  Hope that helps.
