I have noticed that when I click the Remember Me box as I log in, the persistence only lasts as long as I have the browser up.  If I dismiss the browser, or reboot my computer, the persistence doesn't last, as it does for other sites.  I am guessing you are using cookies, so I am a little surprised it doesn't last.

 

I normally use Safari to log in to the site, on a Windows XP SP3 operating system. My computer is an HP Pavilion dv4000.

I use Firefox on XP PRO on my PC and WIN 7 with firefox on my lappy, the remember bit will be on your own computer browser to match the url when you log in to the GS. I think lol
