I am currently, planning to move over to Canada BC in coming months to start a new job and be move in with my partner (a Canadian citzen) we intend to get married in Scotland in coming months. as was the wish of my parents and then I plan to emegrate over to Canada. 

here where my question is, If I have GRC and BC changed, I am non-op due medical reasons. will the Canadian goverment accept our marrage as legal and recognise me in my legal gender?
