hello there.  I live in a group home and would like to get away.  I live in the states in Minnesota and have a social worker and a psychiatrist.  I am 42 and would like to transition.  I am also diabetic if that makes any difference.  Would anyone know what resources can help me out?  I know that the younger you are the more resources there are.  I can dress in house at times but that is about it. I have found that I do not have any other support what so ever including family.  We have talked but that is about it.I would like my sadness turned into joy but I am not sure when that will happen.  I admire jazz and what she is going through and with her family behind her.  Now I just wish I had support behind me.  I look forward in hearing from you  and I can also be reached at [email protected].  Thank you
