I think this is quie inspirng Julia, plus it takes guts to show the "before and after". Elle and I are full of admiration.

Hi Emma.
It was something I had to do before I go. I will be the first to admit I am nothing special in the looks department now "but" the old image looks like a criminal mug shot.
That was not the true me , it was taken a few months after my partner of 23 years passed away I cannot recognise that person and I thought I had destroyed everything from my past. I found it clearing out a draw and was about to bin it and something stopped me , otherwise no one would ever had seen it.

You both take care and look after each other
