Hiking to stay in shape

    I went for a little hike yesterday, nothing drastic, I just wanted to get out and put some mileage on my legs but before I knew it I had covered 25km! That isn't a huge distance by any standard but I was just suprised that I had gone so far without noticing, simply because it was a gorgeous day. Plus when you are going through forests there are no real indicators of distance except your map.

    Anyway, it's a pastime of mine which keeps me in shape and is very good for the legs!!

    Now that spring is coming too, it's time to get my mountain bike out as well and get some rides in, going uphill is really good for the legs too!
