Feeling a little annoyed.

It's great isn't it? Here I am just about to go for surgery which is going to lay me up for a little while and I hear that I am facing a 'works tribunal' as someone has made a complaint against me. I could really do without this right now.

I don't have any issues with someone complaining, that is their right, but I did ask for it to be postponed until I have recovered. The answer was 'no', if you don't attend we'll reach a decision without hearing your side. That's not exactly legal as far as employment law goes but this IS the military and they can and have gotten away with that before.

Anyway, they picked the wrong girl to mess with, I used to handle these kinds of disagreements a few years back, my wife has a law degree and I have a very good solicitor if necessary. Oh and I'm sure the union will have something to say about it as well. It's clear to me that this is a witch hunt, since they couldn't uphold the complaint today and are now looking for other things to raise instead.

Bring it on because this girl has claws.

    Love,

    Nikki x
