  At least, that's what they say so I have decided to find another direction workwise. Oh by the way, the outcome of the recent complaint was unfounded and dismissed. Thankyou to those who offered their support with that, it was appreciated.

  Anyway, with that over and this having been a very bad year with a manager who doesn't know what they are doing and have as recently as today changed my job with effect from tomorrow (Grrr!!!!) I have decided enough is enough so I'll be handing my notice in next week.

  Overall, it's probably a good thing because I don't want to end up bitter about anything. I have another job offer already, doing the same thing, and have been asked to apply for a teaching position in the local junior school, which would be different so I might give that a whirl, for a while at least.

  Fortunately, there is a short (and often zero) supply of people capable of doing the outdoor education over here so I am able to move on smoothly. I'm very lucky really.

  Still, perhaps a couple of weeks off over the summer wouldn't hurt though................
