Katie in either her wisdom or desparation has recently appointed me to the role of 'Forums Supremo' or words to that effect. Basically, I will take over the role occupied so successfully by Sarah Connor and will oversee all of the forums and appoint the necessary moderators.
I'm really looking forward to it. Ever since accepting myself, (rather lately I should add), I have always wanted to put something back into the community and hopefully give someone else the same kind of helping hand which I received myself.
Without wanting to change too much about how the forums operate, because generally speaking they are very good, I do want to see them used much more and by more people. I know a lot of girls read them but don't necessarily comment, which is fine, we all do that. But I don't want them to be seen as exclusive either or intimidating to newer members who may feel that they are unqualified to respond.
Time will tell, but I hope I can do a great job.
