Today is overcast, a little breezy, some sprinkles. I love it! I wish we'd get a huge storm like we had last night (although Alex, in her latest blog, will disagree with me! LOVE YOU ALEX!!!). For some reason this puts me in a good mood. I'm also working on some academic duties today, and that's making me feel good, too. I did wake up about 2:20 am again. This time I was able to return to sleep - for the most part. Maybe I'm going to bed too early.
I am so jealous that I cannot be at the TM this week. If you get the chance, drink one for me, okay? I may not be there in person, but I will be there in spirit. I'll look forward to seeing the pics, too. So just in case I don't get here at TW much over the next few days, have a great time. I'll be thinking of you. But maybe it's just as well. I can get too emotional sometimes when it comes to those I love. I'm sure I'd cry when it the time would come to say goodbye, and ruin the makeup that Nena said she'd help me put on. If left to put it on myself I'll probably look like I applied it with a roller brush in a dark closet - I'm that uncoordinated!
