Was it a decent day?

  Not really.  School was fine, but at home, well......let's just say someone (NOT me) was not in a good mood, woke up crabbing, didn't even say happy birthday until almost night, complained at dinnertime because I had some beer in the refrigerator (the nerve of me to enjoy one or two on my birthday), and was just generally not what I usually see on such a day. My gifts were nice, not that I wanted any, so I must say there was an effort.

  
  

  Today is my superlong day - 17 hours or so.  Wow.
