To openly respond to Pippa's comments to my blog from yesterday, I agree with her. That's generally how I do my classes - I teach and use the board. I use videos and/or computers solely for illustration purposes. This one school, as I said, rams the technology aspect down our throats. Yet, as I said, there's nothing wrong with using technology. But I don't believe in technology doing my job for me. I'm a Doctor, for crying out loud, I SHOULD be talking in class! So when that school had nothing for me, it was the usual - roll up my sleeves and get to work!
