Again, girls, I loved speaking with you. I felt like I was at the party! I toasted one or two glasses to you at home, although I should be laying off the sauce these days. Especially since I need to find some serious solutions to some serious problems, and fast.
Friday I had a great day with my daughter. She had the day off from school. I took her out. First we went and I got my hair cut (fun fun fun). Then we went to go visit a Montessori school. Her current Catholic grammar school just isn't working out. She's doing work there that she did in kindergarten and she's bored stiff. The teacher is nice enough but won't give extra or harder assignments. Montessori schools have more rigorous academics, which she loves. She even noticed how they do harder work at the other place and wants to go there. Now all we have to do is find the money. Then we hit the library. From there it was lunch, then to the movies to see "The Incredibles." So we had a nice time.
I plan on being around in the chatroom tomorrow afternoon U.S. time (Wednesday, that is). I'm showing a movie in both of my classes and will be able to goof around while they watch.
Yesterday I was able to dress for the first time in ages. Even though it was for just barely 90 minutes, it was great. I'll be able to this afternoon as well. Last night I had a dream that I was at my school in my blue athletic miniskirt, white hosiery, and in the cafeteria. Nobody blinked!
